The Matrix Inspectors
The Matrix Partnership has formed the role of the resident inspector. We now have a group of 12 fully trained inspectors who are volunteers. Their role is to inspect different service areas in all five housing associations within the partnership, and to report back on their findings; good or bad!
The 2007/08 Inspection- Customer Reception Areas
The inspection used a questionnaire and mystery shopping methods to focus on areas such as the attitude of staff, waiting times, and information available, how comfortable and pleasant the surroundings were.
