Governance
Matrix has well established structures for the joint work of the partnership. These will develop to provide even greater clarity on respective responsibilities and leadership of aspects of the partnership’s work. We are also in the process of setting up a new partnership vehicle, effectively a mutual enterprise equally owned and controlled by each of the core partners.
The Matrix structure will be headed up by a Board of Management, supported by a Regeneration Sub-Committee and a care and Support Steering Group, which may well involve into a further Sub-Committee. The Board will delegate day to day operations and strategic implementation to the Strategy Group which comprises the Chief Executive of each of the Core Partner organisations. This Group will oversee the work of a number of operational groups.
